Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Workers (PCW) will be applying for our Home Care Division.

RN's earn up to $55.50 per hour

LPN's earn up to $46.50 per hour

CNA's earn up to $15.00  per hour

PT's earn up to $75.00 per visit

HHA's earn up to $11.00 per hour

PCW's earn up to $10.00 per hour

The application process takes about 1 hour to complete and upon finishing the application you will have an immediate interview, so please plan your schedule accordingly. 

Requirements:

● One - Year experience

● An RN, LPN, PT or CNA License (prior training for PCW's)

● A recent TB Skin Test

What to bring:

● RN, LPN, PT or CNA License (not required for PCW)

● Recent MMR vaccination or titer records

● Copy of your recent TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray

● Copy of your CPR Certification Card

● Valid Drivers License or State ID or Picture ID

● Your Social Security Card (optional)
